Day 01: Airport - Negombo
Upon arrival at the Bandaranaike International Airport, you will be met by your English‑speaking chauffeur guide and transferred to Negombo, a charming coastal town located just a short drive away.
As you travel, enjoy your first impressions of Sri Lanka’s tropical scenery coconut plantations, lagoon views, and lively fishing villages. Negombo is known for its rich colonial history, vibrant fish markets, and beautiful golden beaches.
In the afternoon, you will explore Negombo town, including the bustling fish market, Dutch Canal, and historic churches that showcase the city’s European influence. You may also take a relaxing walk along the beach or unwind at your hotel.
Day 02: Sigiriya - Kaudulla
Depart for Sigiriya, one of Sri Lanka’s most iconic landmarks. Rising 650 feet above the surrounding plains, this ancient rock fortress is a masterpiece of engineering, artistry, and hydraulic technology. Built in the 5th century AD by King Kashyapa, Sigiriya is a UNESCO World Heritage Site.
Climb the rock to explore the frescoes of the Heavenly Maidens, the Mirror Wall, and the Lion’s Paw Terrace. From the summit, enjoy breathtaking panoramic views of forests, lakes, and distant mountains.
Afternoon – Jeep Safari in Kaudulla
In the afternoon, embark on an exciting jeep safari in Kaudulla National Park, one of the best places in Sri Lanka to witness large gatherings of wild elephants. The park is also home to spotted deer, peacocks, wild boar, macaques, and a variety of bird species.
After your safari, continue to your hotel in Sigiriya.
Day 03: Dambulla - MATALE - KANDY
Leave for Kandy via Dambulla. Visit the magnificent Golden Rock Cave Temple, a sacred pilgrimage site dating back to the 1st Century BC. The temple complex consists of five caves adorned with vibrant frescoes depicting Buddhist mythology and the life stories of the Buddha. It also houses the largest collection of Buddha statues found in a single location.
Continue your journey to Matale to visit a spice garden, where you can learn about Sri Lanka’s world‑famous spices and their traditional uses in medicine and cooking.
Upon arrival in Kandy, visit the revered Temple of the Sacred Tooth Relic, one of the most important Buddhist temples in the world. In the evening, enjoy a cultural dance performance, showcasing traditional Kandyan music, costumes, and fire dancing.
Day 04: Pinnawala - kandy
Kandy, the last royal capital of Sri Lanka, is rich in culture, history, and scenic beauty.
After breakfast, visit the Pinnawala Elephant Orphanage, established to care for abandoned and injured elephants. Watch the elephants being fed and bathed in the nearby river — a truly heartwarming experience. You may also enjoy an optional elephant ride and visit the Elephant Museum at the Millennium Elephant Foundation.
Later, visit the Royal Botanical Gardens in Peradeniya, home to over 4,000 species of exotic plants, including orchids, palms, medicinal herbs, and giant bamboo.
Day 05: Kandy - nuwaraeliya
After breakfast, depart for Nuwara Eliya, the heart of Sri Lanka’s tea‑growing region. En route, visit a tea factory to observe the process of plucking, withering, rolling, and drying tea leaves — and enjoy a fresh cup of Ceylon tea.
Arrive in Nuwara Eliya, often called “Little England” due to its cool climate and colonial‑era architecture. The town features a picturesque lake, racecourse, manicured gardens, and charming cottages.

Day 06: Kitulgala - Colombo
After breakfast, proceed to Colombo via Kitulgala, a lush rainforest region famous as the filming location of the classic movie “The Bridge on the River Kwai.” Kitulgala is also known for its adventure activities and scenic river views.
Along the way, stop to admire the beautiful St. Clair’s and Devon Falls, two of Sri Lanka’s most picturesque waterfalls. Arrive in Colombo and check in to your hotel.
Day 07: Colombo - Airport
