Booking terms & Conditions

  • Cancellations must be communicated directly to your Tour Consultant.
  • The advance payment is non-refundable, as it covers hotel cancellation fees, documentation, and service charges incurred by Xpediton Travels.
  • However, the advance can be used for a future travel date, so we encourage postponing your trip instead of canceling.
  • Please note that the total package cost may change when rescheduling due to seasonal rates and availability.
  • Refunds are not typically provided for early checkouts during the tour.
  • In exceptional circumstances such as global crises or destination-specific emergencies similar to pandemic situations, Xpediton Travels will refund 100% of your payment if the tour is canceled 21 days prior to arrival.
  • Your booking will be confirmed once the required advance payment is made according to the final itinerary provided by Xpediton Travels.
  • An advance payment of 20% to 50% is required for all bookings. The exact percentage may vary depending on your travel dates and availability.
  • Once the payment is credited to our company account, you will receive a Tour Confirmation Voucher and an official receipt within three working days.
  • Upon receiving your payment, Xpediton Travels will proceed with all hotel reservations, transportation arrangements, and related services.
  • The remaining balance of the tour package must be paid in cash to our representative upon your arrival at the airport.
  • If payments are made via bank transfer, all bank charges must be borne by the customer.
  • We finalize your itinerary in a flexible and collaborative manner.
  • Any changes requested after confirmation and advance payment, such as the number of days, number of travelers, hotel category, sightseeing, transportation mode, or arrival date, may result in a revised package cost.
  • Xpediton Travels guarantees the agreed accommodation category. Detailed hotel information will be provided before confirmation, and clients are expected to review these options carefully.
  • Once confirmed, hotel bookings cannot be changed before or after arrival. If a guest insists on changing hotels, we will assist where possible, but any additional costs must be paid by the guest.
  • Any changes made during the tour, along with additional service charges if applicable, must be settled directly.
  • Carefully check your flight times upon receiving your tickets. Airlines may adjust schedules after your Travel Voucher is issued.
  • Xpediton Travels is not responsible for airline schedule changes.
  • It is the traveler’s responsibility to ensure all travel documents are in order, including passports, visas, travel insurance, a driving license if applicable, and currency and financial arrangements.
  • Xpediton Travels will not be liable for delays, injuries, losses, or failure to perform services due to circumstances beyond our control, including but not limited to acts of God, war or political unrest, terrorist activity, civil commotion, natural disasters, extreme weather, mechanical breakdowns, government restrictions, labor disputes, and any unforeseen events that prevent normal operations.
  • These collectively constitute Force Majeure, and no compensation or refunds will be provided in such cases unless otherwise stated.

If only part of your itinerary is booked through Xpediton Travels, we cannot be held responsible for components arranged independently by the client, such as hotels, train tickets, transportation, and activities. Any issues arising from self-arranged services fall outside our responsibility.
